Hostels are generally places where students come to stay and which is administered by some supervisors. You will definitely not have a luxurious lifestyle in a hostel as all are treated equally irrespective of their family background.

  • Hostels are among the safest places to stay for out station students. Parents need not worry about their children. Hostels come up with strict surveillance and well maintained security staff who are in charge of the safety of the students. The only thing which should be taken care of by the students is their belongings. Belongings can often get displaced as many people live together.
It has often been found that hostels don’t encourage a private life. You will never have privacy while staying in a hostel unlike a PG or any other form of accommodation. But this is considered to be a good practice. Hostel life encourages more of social interaction among the fellow hostellers as they have many things to share in common.
